Reservation Agreement - To get started and to lock in the current pricing for a fractional in a STARZ home, we ask that you execute the STARZ  Reservation Agreement and put a $10,000 fully refundable deposit in escrow. In exchange, you will have a 90-day due diligence period to evaluate and visit the magnificent homes within the STARZ  luxury home portfolio and decide if becoming an owner in STARZ Residences is right for you and your family.
